Reward Senior Manager
|Salary:||To £75,000 depending upon experience|
An opportunity to join the national Reward team at a Big 4 firm in Leeds. You will be joining a dedicated team advising on design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader incentive structures. The team advises on incentive plan design, drafting plan documents and advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of remuneration arrangements for both UK and global clients. If you are looking to broaden your experience to include executive reward, global tax and/or regulatory advisory work or you are looking to join a growing team targeting new client markets this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Your experience must be extensive and comprehensive, to include Reward taxes, legal, regulatory and corporate governance remuneration and advising on aspects of the tax and legal incentive arrangements. Ideally you will be a reward / share plan specialist with several years experience working in practice at one of the Big 4 or law firm. A team player who enjoys working with people from different disciplines and backgrounds, you will possess good interpersonal and relationship building skills and be adaptable in a changing work environment.
