12 months contract – In-house – Tax Manager

Minimum 12 months contract – In-house – Tax Manager – Based Greater Manchester. Ref R3341

Growing PE backed company operating 23 companies across UK and Europe (12 UK & 11 Europe).

Looking for a Tax Manager / Senior Manager capable of leading and managing the Group’s tax operations and affairs reporting into the group FC but with the autonomy to manage the tax function.
With day-to-day responsibility administering taxation and tax compliance for all group companies including Corporation Tax, R&D and VAT.
In addition you will be the main support for any new projects from a tax perspective such as Strategic tax planning on potential M&A activity / internal restructures and the potential tax implications. Lots of great tax projects coming up.

This is a maternity cover for at least 12 month likely to be longer, start Mat/ June 2022, open to either 4 or 5 days, preferably a hybrid work balance ie able to attend offices but can offer remote working too.
