International Taxes – 12 Month Contract – REMOTE

12 month contract, International Tax Manager /  Remote – occasional  trip to London or Warrington. R3381

Our client is a  leading global engineering consultancy operating in world wide.  This role will cover  International Tax and report into the International Tax Director.  Initially this is a 12 month contract and  can be offered as largely remote with 1 or 2 days a month team time in an office either London or the North West. Quite possibly will be extended beyond 12 months. Can also consider part time

This fantastic opportunity will see you get involved in advisory international projects including assisting with a large legal entities’ rationalisation program which involves internal restructuring and undertaking tax due diligence for each entity.  Other projects  include advising on PE, WHT VAT risk s.  This may involve supporting setting up an entity in a particular country and checking whether mitigation has  been actioned etc.

A varied and interesting opportunity

You will need to be  ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified within Corporate/International Tax as well as adept in project management with good communication skills, likely to be at least manager grade up to an experienced senior manager
