Tax Consultant (full training provided) Permanent

Our client is a Research and Development (R&D) tax specialist, who are recruiting a Consultant to join their expanding team and will provide full on the job training. They specialise in saving their clients millions in tax relief, including Capital Allowances, Research & Development (R&D), Remediation of Contaminated Land and the Patent Box, and Grants Services.

This role is very varied and ranges in duties from meeting face to face with clients to perform a detailed business review and consultation, to production of technical reports through to advising on future planning.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED, IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL TO HOLD A PROFESSIONAL TAX QUALIFICATION

Previous successful applicants have had degrees in Law, Accountancy or Engineering, or experience in R&D or Project Management. Key is that you have experience of one or more of the following: quantitative and qualitative research, experience working in sectors where R&D is prevalent, working with financial documentation and creating professional detailed reports. It goes without saying that your interpersonal and written communications skills should be excellent.
