This large international accounting firm is going through an exciting phase of growth and as a result is looking to recruit driven and dynamic M&A Tax Senior Managers across the Northern region. The opportunity would be great for either an established senior manager or an ambitious Manager looking to move for a promotion. Working as part of a national deals team you will have the opportunity to be involved in the whole deal spectrum including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assist and vendor due diligence, refinancing and listing support. Deal sizes can be anywhere from £10m to +£10bn across a variety of clients and sectors.
