about Ian
Ian has been recruiting tax professionals across the North of England for the last 10 years and has built an extensive network of contacts during this time. Ian is also a fully qualified ACA having formerly worked at a Big 4 firm in Manchester as an M&A Tax Manager. Making the shift from Tax Manager into the world of tax recruitment puts Ian in a unique position when helping candidates and clients as he has a deep understanding of the tax profession and technical elements to roles and his professional background is reflected in the level of service he provides. Ian has a friendly, approachable nature and likes to build long term relationships offering genuine independent career guidance and support to candidates he works with. Outside of work Ian has a keen interest in sport, particularly football and golf and has not yet given up on his dream of one day playing in the British Open!
