The personal data contained within a candidates’ CV and during the registration process is managed by “LTR” for the purpose of proposing candidates for permanent positions (or where relevant fixed term contracts of / for services) with clients. Any additional data requested will only be processed with a candidate’s consent.
“LTR” will retain candidates’ details on our database for the purpose of finding them the right position. In addition to the above we will use these details to enable candidates to access their account on this website, notify them of potential jobs and opportunities, make them aware of news items and relevant events, and to request updated information occasionally.
“LTR” may also disclose your information where we are permitted and requested to do so by regulatory or law enforcement agencies.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on you under the Data Protection Act. This right would only be restricted by law if it should infringe on the privacy of a third party.
