In-House Tax Manager, Cheshire
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join this successful and rapidly growing business. A newly created position within an established tax team. This is will be a broad role offering exposure to a range of corporate tax matters with plenty of exposure to high-profile projects and transactions across the Group
- Managing and reviewing corporate tax compliance
- Supporting transactions, restructurings and strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders
- Preparing high-quality tax technical papers and reports
- Researching and advising on new overseas jurisdictions, supporting international expansion
- Assisting with tax planning initiatives and risk management
You will be a motivated and technically strong tax professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, ACA / CTA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification and strong experience in UK corporate tax, gained in practice and/or industry. Either a first or 2nd move from a large accounting from or another in-house team. Plenty of scope to develop this role into a more senior position within the Group.
