Group Tax Manager – Manchester NEW

Due to ongoing growth our Client, a PE backed global group, is looking to recruit an experienced tax professional to join the finance team.

A high-impact role, you will be help shape tax strategy, managing compliance & risk and supporting commercial initiatives with your expert tax advice. You will be the main support for any new projects from a tax perspective such as strategic tax planning on potential M&A activity, internal restructures and the potential tax implications.

Looking for an  experienced Tax Manager / Senior Manager capable of leading and managing the Group’s tax operations reporting into the Group FD but with the autonomy to manage the tax function.

The role could be offered on  part time basis (3-4 days)  or full time, if full time there would be the option to pick up more tax projects or other areas within finance such as treasury.
