Due to continued growth, a leading services group, is seeking an ambitious Assistant Tax Manager to join their in-house Group Tax team based in the heart of Manchester.
An excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to step into a broad role, working closely with the Head of Tax and gaining real exposure strategic projects. This is a varied and hands-on position, offering both compliance and advisory exposure.
- Supporting corporation tax compliance across all group entities
- Assisting with tax accounting and reporting
- Involvement in VAT & capital allowances
- Contributing to advisory projects, such as property acquisitions and/or disposals
We’re looking for a motivated tax professional who brings experience at Assistant Manager level or above, either from practice or in-house and a solid grounding in UK corporation tax compliance work
This could be offered as either 4 or 5 days.
Please note that only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience will be considered for this role.
