Tax Director, In-house

The role provides an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, giving you great exposure to a broad range of UK and international corporate tax matters.

Reporting to the Head of Tax and with two direct reports and will be required to lead the global corporate tax function. This is a key position within the group as such you will have significant exposure to strategic business transactions and restructuring projects as well as manage and develop the corporate tax team setting strategic.

You will take the lead on a number of key corporate tax projects such as group debt restructuring and transfer pricing reviews along with providing corporate tax input on M&A transactions.

The grow is growing rapidly as such you will need to show you can adapt and respond to on-going change in business. Ideally operating at a Senior Manager level ACA/CTA qualified, ideally with a Big 4/ Top 10 background, and with significant international tax experience.
