Corporate Tax Manager Full time

Our client is a leading independent firm based in Lancashire with an exceptional client base and fantastic reputation. As a result of continued growth it is looking to recruit a corporate tax manager in a role that will focus on advising on corporate and transaction tax within leading regional businesses . Our client is looking for someone to support its client base across a multitude of tax advisory matters, including corporation tax, transactional tax and restructuring and other areas such as:

• Employee incentivisation,
• investor reliefs,
• International tax
• R&D,
• Patent box
• Capital allowances

This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in working with OMB clients, looking to join a forward-thinking practice in a really varied role.
