We are working with a global professional services firm that is looking to appoint a Tax Manager to join its established Banking tax team.

You’ll work with a varied portfolio of UK and multinational clients across banking, capital markets, asset finance, FinTech, brokerage and proprietary trading, providing a broad mix of tax advisory and compliance services.

The team has a very strong Partner cohort and invests in grad recruitment every year, so it is a really well-rounded team. With significant exposure to experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers, as well as opportunities to support wider transaction and assurance teams. You’ll be involved in areas including tax due diligence, structuring, corporate reorganisations and tax accounting, alongside providing practical advice on complex UK and international tax matters.

As a Manager, you’ll take responsibility for client delivery, develop trusted relationships and support the growth of more junior members of the team. You’ll also contribute to improving how tax services are delivered, using technology, innovation and transformation to enhance the client experience.

We’re looking for someone with a professional tax qualification such as CTA, ACA or ACCA, or equivalent experience, together with strong UK tax technical knowledge and an understanding of financial services.
