In-House – Group Tax Manager Full time

This large and growing Plc are seeking to recruit a Group Tax Manager, to join the Group Tax Team.  This is a truly varied role, across corporate tax governance, compliance, transfer pricing, as well as providing day-to-day support in respect of general tax including VAT and employment taxes advice.

Additionally, you will support various Group Tax activities such as structuring, and M&A activities and act as Tax Partner to several of the Group’s Finance Business Partners

Key Responsibilities in particular:

·Corporate Tax Compliance (working/liaising with tax advisers as necessary)
·Tax Reporting
·Transfer Pricing Support
·Tax advice on ad-hoc projects
·Ongoing day-to-day support in respect of general tax including VAT, employment taxes advice and transfer pricing tasks
·Remain up to date with evolving tax landscape & help raise Tax awareness  across the Group

This really is a fantastic  opportunity and would suit an experienced manager or new senior manager from  practice to make the 1st move in-house.  Offering in a supported environment and the chance to broaden your skill set, working on a huge range of projects and the range of  taxes –  rarely on offer.  Alternatively, a Tax Manager from another large group would be equally suited.
