In-House Tax Manager – Advisory – Liverpool

In-House Tax Manager – Join this friendly tax team, part of a globally renowned group. Reporting to a Head of Tax, the role is predominantly direct tax advisory.  You will be working with wider tax and finance teams often across international boundaries to enable informed planning and decision making. Projects might include – advice on new tax developments, changes in regulations or accounting standards, corporate transactions and the management of tax risks and group TP policy. There will also be some limited financial reporting activities on a quarterly basis.

You will need strong UK corporate tax knowledge and, ideally, knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles. Mostly like you will already be operating as Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager in either practice or have you may have already made the move in-house.
