In-House Tax Manager – Manchester

Newly established role

In-house Tax Manager for  large Global Group  covering a broad range of areas, including controversy management, tax strategy, transfer pricing, and tax compliance, with a particular focus on the UK.

• Work with the wider  tax team in advising on all international tax impacts and considerations associated with business operations.
• Execute tax planning strategies and support global cash repatriations
• Manage tax reporting and compliance process for several European countries (including the U.K.), including managing the relationship with tax authorities in these countries.
• Monitor international tax developments, including Pillar 2. Maintain necessary intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation.

Required

• Experience of managing complex corporate tax matters within global organiations or accounting firms ( Big 4 or Top 10 )
• Commercial sense as well as the ability to communication clearly and work across a variety of functions
