M&A Tax Assistant Manager Full time

This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading specialist tax team at a Big 4 firm in Manchester. The Mergers and Acquisitions tax team advises both corporate clients and private equity houses on all aspects of transaction work including providing tax structuring advice and undertaking tax due diligence. You will work closely with colleagues in corporate finance and transaction services and also liaise with other specialists throughout the firm so strong communication skills are an essential part of the role. Ideally you will be an ACA / CTA qualified corporate tax specialist with some prior experience of M&A Tax probably gained in a Big 4 environment, although candidates with a keen interest in this area will also be considered. You will be a highly driven, enthusiastic individual and also have experience of report writing as well as strong technical skills.
