M&A Tax Senior Manager Full time

Great opportunity for an experienced M&A Tax specialist to join this thriving M&A Tax team at a Big 4 firm. You will be responsible for providing tax advisory services including tax due diligence and tax structuring to a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for providing tax advisory services to a variety of clients and overseeing the successful delivery of pragmatic, commercial and technically excellent advice involving tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work.
