You will collaborate with the Corporate Tax and Corporate Finance Teams on due diligence reports for sales and acquisitions. This work can be demanding, necessitating excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Taking an active role in identifying business development opportunities, crafting proposals for potential clients, participating in networking events, and contributing articles to our tax publications will be part of your responsibilities.
