Share Schemes Assistant Tax Manager – UK

We’re looking for a qualified Share Scheme Tax professional who enjoys tackling complex challenges and working closely with clients.

You’ll join a Human Capital Advisory team, supporting UK and international businesses with the design, implementation, and ongoing management of share schemes — including EMI, CSOP, growth shares and LTIPs.

The role combines technical delivery with client interaction. You’ll advise on tax and practical issues, support transactions and due diligence, assist with valuations, and manage compliance including HMRC registrations and annual returns. You’ll also contribute to business development, respond to technical queries, and support junior team members.

What you’ll bring:

• CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong share scheme and ERS legislation experience

• Experience with HMRC filings and client management

• Ability to review work and develop junior staff
