Tax Accountant, In-house – 1st mover

This large growing International group are looking to recruit a tax advisor.  Reporting to Group Tax Manager you will be responsible for group tax compliance particularly UK CT computations & UK Group tax payments & year-end tax reporting, as well as assisting with M&A activities and Transfer Pricing.

duties include –

• Preparation of a draft computations for inclusion in group reporting and statutory accounts, accounting including tax disclosures and deferred tax.
• Assistance with tax journal postings.
• Production and submission of the final tax computations.
• Support the corporate interest restriction calculation and determine allowability of interest payments made by the group.
• First review of all overseas tax returns prepared by the outsourced provider.
• Project work as required.

This is varied and interesting role with plenty of challenge and lots of opportunity for career development e.g. picking up new taxes disciplines and would make an ideal first move in house.
