Claire is a highly experienced recruiter with over twenty years’ experience working across the North of England most of which has seen her specialise in placing tax candidates into accountancy practices. She deals with candidates in all areas of tax and prior to joining us she led a specialist public practice team for a national agency.
Claire’s focus is to really add value to the careers of her candidates, with a personal service from coaching on your next steps externally or internally through to a full 360 support during a job search. She supports clients in all areas from current and future talent identification through to salary benchmarking and retention strategies. She is always honest, efficient, and focused on developing long term relationships with clients and candidates – not just providing a quick fix.
In her spare time, you will find Claire spending quality time with her family (she has two young girls), horse riding across the Mellor hills on a horse or trying to be the next Huw Richards on her allotment. She is also the Deputy Chair for an Autism charity I AM and passionate about supporting those with neurodiverse conditions in the workplace.
