Our clients’ Corporate Finance team is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team. As a sector specialist, you will play a key role in managing M&A projects, from origination to execution, working with financial services, corporate, and private equity clients. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and mentor junior colleagues. The ideal candidate will have significant corporate finance experience, particularly in sell-side transactions, and be adept in financial modelling. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
