Working within a large in – house Tax Team with a wealth of experience , you will be responsible for ensuring compliance / managing tax risk as well as focused on developing & maintaining strong business partner relationships with specific offices across EMEA/Asia Pac region.
Work includes providing strategic tax advice, implementing tax policies, and ensuring / monitoring adherence to tax compliance. As well as projects to resolve tax related issues.
Ensuring international tax developments are understood and implemented.
Support with tax compliance, including review of draft tax computations and returns
Year-end tax accounting work.
Identifying and managing permanent establishment risk.
Developing and implementing appropriate controls.
Ensuring comprehensive records are maintained.
Ideally you will be a Qualified accountant and/or chartered tax advisor, ideally from large accounting firm/ in house team. This is fantastic opportunity to enhance your International tax skill set and also to further if you wish in areas such as Transfer Pricing for example
Advising on transfer pricing implications of international transactions
Developing relationships with key personnel to ensure new cross-border transactions are identified and transfer pricing input is provided and implemented.
