In-house Tax Manager – Int’l Group Full time

In-house Tax Manager with an International focus. You will be working closely with the Head of Tax for this large acquisitive and growing Global Business.  This is essentially an advisory focused role covering tax planning and audit support, managing advisor relationships and structuring tax efficient international expansion, M&A work so as such represents a truly diverse and project-based role.
You will work closing with the head of tax to assist with the implementation of international tax planning strategies and management of existing structures.  A crucial part of the role will be to oversee the international tax compliance process (Europe especially) and managing the relationship with tax advisers.   Working closely with the commercial and corporate teams across the group to identify tax related issues and opportunities.

As such it is expected that you will be a recently qualified / new tax manager probably from a large accounting firm, or possibly another in- house team who can quickly learn new skills on the job and can demonstrate drive and willingness to take on an exciting new challenge.
